What should I say? I love redressing dolls
As I said a couple of days ago I bought quite a lot recently on Ebay, here is my last bargain, 6 euros (included shipping) from UK, it was NRFB but as soon I’ve got it Jett insisted she HAD to try it, how could I say no?
Here she comes:
The outfit belongs to the Barbie Haute Couture collection and it is the number 12168.

these dolls are just too much fun to redress and so easy since you can detach their hands and bend their arms.
Last December I ordered from an Italian dealer the first set of Integrity Toys Dynamite Girls, I picked them up in February when I went to my mum but when I came back home and opened them I was not happy. I found all three a bit “disappointing” and regretted the money spent.
Today out of boredom I decided to redress them and I finally saw the problem: it was not the poor girls being shabby but the outfits they came in!!!
I mean, come on guys, you gave them eyes to kill for and dress the poor ladies in outfits Skipper wouldn’t touch?
Gavin suggested we could steal something form the Silkies wardrobe, the small foxes were not very understanding but so we did and I can swear Gavin was even smiling during the photo-shooting:
Needless to say I find them beautiful and well worth the money I shelled out for them.
I gave up, after browsing for months through blogs and even more blogs I think I’ve got the bug. I need to have one as well!!! What about? But dolls of course! My favourite hobby, my source of delight and financial bleeding LOL.
What better moment than now, during my first free week in months?
